A 30-year-old man was fatally stabbed after getting off a Metro bus in South Los Angeles. Police are still looking for the person who attacked him on Friday.

The incident happened at 2:11 p.m. on Tuesday when the victim and the suspect got off the bus at a Slauson J Line Park & Ride lot near the Harbor (110) Freeway. The suspect suddenly pulled out a sharp weapon and stabbed the victim several times, according to a spokesperson from the Los Angeles Police Department who spoke to City News Service.

Before the stabbing, the victim and the suspect had been arguing on the bus, police said.
